• Dr. Dee embodies the heart of a true servant leader in Lord’s church and in the marketplace.  She holds several degrees and certifications, more recently a Doctoral degree in Pastoral Theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary.

Her service to the church started at an early age and she endeavors to maintain that posture throughout her life. She has served as Minister of Music throughout Virginia, North Carolina, radio ministry coordinator and as a Youth Pastor.  Currently she serves the kingdom as the Second Administrative Assistant, Dean of the Board of Presbyters, and Social Justice Ministry Coordinator of Kingdom Impact Network International, Richmond, Virginia. She continues to aide many churches with her time, gifts and abilities as needed.

In May 2021, Dr. Dee stepped out on faith and became the Founder and CEO of Kingdom Culture Ministries, LLC, a business designed to impact the world through preaching, teaching, public speaking, music, and media platforms.  In January 2022, she became the newest radio personality for Audilous Media, Praise 95.  Her show, “The Lounge”, airs twice per week and is gaining media attention.

Outside of church duties, Dr. Dee is employed with the Indigent Defense Commission as a Mitigation Specialist, assisting clients in finding alternative programming to incarceration. She is also an Adjunct Professor with Halifax Community College. She has been afforded to serve in various community boards as a member of the Petersburg Domestic Violence Taskforce, Tri-Cities Domestic Violence Taskforce, the Western Tidewater Regional Reentry Council, and currently the 5th District Community Criminal Justice Board, Petersburg Police Department Athletic League Board of Directors, 5th Judicial Drug Court, and the Board of Directors for Berean Light Bible Institute.

Dr. Dee’s daily devotion, based on 1 Peter 5:10, is to continuously learn how to be patient in waiting, and to live in and maximize the very season she is in. She does not want to miss any of it.
